Adults with ADHD
I understand from personal experience that living with ADHD can be a challenging experience at times and can sometimes find people feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood and hopeless.
You may have developed low confidence, or a negative self-image after years of feeling as though you just can’t get on top of life or that you’re not reaching your potential or being able to create the vision you have for your life.
Maybe you feel you have achieved in life but want to get to the next level.
I’d love to partner with you to create greater self-awareness and understanding about your strengths and positive attributes and what works or doesn’t work for you.

Social Skills
I am a certified PEERS Social Skills Provider and run programs for teens and young adults to enhance their social confidence and help them make and keep friends. Find out more about the 14-week programs for Young Adults and Teens which run twice yearly or the 4-week Dating Skills Intensive here.
I can also work 1-1 with people of all ages to improve their confidence and understanding of how to connect with other people and develop stronger relationships or incorporate this element into our general coaching sessions.
The NeuroACT® Program
The NeuroACT® Program is an evidence-based, 12-week online program, specifically designed and shown to be effective for those in the neurodiverse community, or anyone with high stress levels or mental health problems who wants to focus on mindfulness and stress management.
It teaches essential skills that enable participants to address the unique challenges associated with executive and adaptive functions, so that they can reduce stress and increase their quality of life by being able to do what they want to do in life.
NeuroACT® consists of 12, 90-minute weekly sessions in a small online group setting of 6-12. Sessions are relaxed and fun, allowing everyone to learn in a safe environment, where each session builds upon the previous week.

Parent Coaching
Are you a parent/carer of a child(ren) with ADHD and feeling like you need some support and resources to help you on your journey?
I currently offer two online parenting courses which will assist you with your parenting as a first step. Either course will give you a huge amount of the information you require
However, our parenting journey never ends, and new challenges regularly present themselves. So, if you feel you need more specific, individualised help and support following completion of the parenting course, we can work together with some 1-1 online parent.
If you prefer we can head straight into the 1-1 parent coaching without you completing the online course.

The Interactive 6-week course runs 4 x year. It covers the same material as the Start Anytime course but also includes additional support in the form of 6 x weekly 1 hour group Zoom calls allowing you to discuss the weekly modules and ask questions with me and other parents on the course, plus an exclusive Facebook group for further interaction. The courses are suitable for parents/carers of both ADHD children & teens all the way up to 18, and indeed anyone seeking a better understanding of children with ADHD, including teachers.

Digital Parenting Program
We also have the Digital Parenting Program that is designed to help and support YOU to navigate the path forward in the challenge of supporting your young person to shift from overusing screens and technology to a healthier relationship with their tech moving forward in their lives.
We have the Start Anytime Digital Parenting Program that provides all of the same content as the Interactive Digital Parenting Program but without the Facebook group and Zoom calls for those that don’t feel they need that extra support.
In the Interactive Digital Parenting Program you’ll have access to online workshops and other exercises designed to help you develop new habits and routines that support your young person’s overall well-being. You’ll be joining me and the others in the current intake for a 6 x 1-hour group Zoom calls to talk through the modules, ask questions, find support and solidarity during the Digital Parenting Program.
