Rebecca Reid ADHD Coach
Rebecca Reid ADHD Coach
Rebecca is a Coach and Mentor for neurodivergent teens and adults. She uses a collaborative approach to assist her clients in the areas of study (secondary and tertiary education), work and life. With lived experience of ADHD, Autism and related mental health conditions, Rebecca can provide adults, teenagers and their parents with practical guidance and valuable insight into the brain/behaviour aspects of ADHD. ADHD’ers often need extra support to harness strengths and identify barriers, develop useful strategies, to set and achieve personal goals, prioritise self-care and have positive relationships in life. Rebecca applies practical knowledge and a variety of strategies from her own journey as a late diagnosed ADHD’er and a parent of neurodivergent children, whilst recognising that her clients and their needs are unique. She has a personal insight into the struggles and impacts of ADHD on many life domains including work, study, relationships, care and achieving personal goals. Rebecca uses client-driven processes to empower teens and adults to achieve their best lives and to embrace ADHD as part of their unique selves. Services can also be tailored for parents and carers who wish to better understand neurodiversity, specifically ADHD and Autism.
