Dr. J. Russell (“Russ”) Ramsay is co-founder and co-director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Adult ADHD Treatment and Research Program and professor of clinical psychology in the department of psychiatry in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ramsay received his PhD in clinical psychology from Palo Alto University (formerly known as Pacific Graduate School of Psychology).

Patients with a range of disorders (including ADHD, ASD, Tourette Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, etc.) whose quality of life is affected by psychiatric conditions such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Abuse and Adjustment Disorders are offered state-of-the-art clinical care by a multi-disciplinary team of academically oriented mental health providers.
