Since April 2020 our speaker evenings and events have all been online.

All online speaker evenings are $20 (+ booking fee + GST), unless otherwise advertised.

If you can’t make it to the live event or have only just found us and missed past events you can find recordings on our Patreon members’ site.

A recording of the talk will ONLY be available to Patreon members after the live talk.  If you don’t think you’ll be able to attend the live talk, please join Patreon and watch the recording there.  You can cancel this at any time.

Our February speaker is Natasha Daniels who will be talking about Helping Kids with Anxious Feelings and Building Resiliency Along the Way on Thursday 27th February 2025 @ 1-2.30pm (AEDT) – NSW Time/Wednesday 26th February 2025 @ 7-8.30pm (MST) – Arizona Time/Thursday 27th February 2025 @ 2-3.30am (GMT) – UK Time

Many kids are anxious, but for some kids those feelings can impact their ability to fully enjoy life. In this presentation you’ll learn how to identify the common, and not so common, signs of anxiety. As well as the best parental approaches to use in order to give your child the tools to face their fears long-term.

Natasha Daniels is an anxiety and OCD child therapist with over two decades of experience. She combines both her clinical expertise with her lived experience, raising her own three kids with anxiety and OCD.

She is the author of several books including Anxiety Sucks: A Teen Survival Guide, How to Parent Your Anxious Toddler, Social Skills Activities for kidsIt’s Brave to Be KindThe Grief RockCrushing OCD Workbook for Kids and her latest book, a memoir, Out of My Shell: Overcoming Social Anxiety from Childhood to Adulthood.

She is the creator of the website AT Parenting Survival, As well as the host to the show AT Parenting Survival Podcast and the Youtube channel, Ask the Child Therapist. Her work has been featured in various places including Huffington Post, PsychCentral, The Child Mind Institute and The Mighty.
