Between endless to-do lists, social obligations, and last-minute deadlines, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and burnt out. But what if this year could be different? In this talk, psychologist Amy Brown shares practical strategies to help you navigate the season in a way that works for your unique brain. Learn how to prioritise what really matters, set boundaries with confidence, and embrace an ADHD-friendly approach to the holidays. Let’s make this year easier, more joyful, and a lot less stressful.
Amy Brown is a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting adults with ADHD to thrive. With both professional expertise and lived experience of ADHD, Amy specialises in helping women navigate challenges such as burnout, anxiety, relationship difficulties, big life transitions and overwhelm. She runs her own private practice, State of Being, based in Woollahra (Sydney) and online (Australia-wide), where she offers therapy and group programs tailored to ADHD women. Amy’s approach is warm, practical, and empowering, drawing on evidence-based strategies to help clients find balance and reconnect with their strengths, to create lives they love.
